Michael spent eight years at sea with Princess Cruises in various capacities managing the On-board entertainment department, most recently as a Deputy Cruise Director, and shares stories of a life at sea with his own views on customer service and loyalty, mixing in lessons learned from his time as the Director of Guest Services for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in St. Louis. These experiences helped Michael develop a model for success in Real Estate that increases sales and results.

Michael spent several years as a Senior Sales Professional with several reputable builders, where he learned best practices of lean production, sales processes, problem solving, and enhancing the customer experience. His latest challenge has been the successful start up of a high Volume REO (bank-owned homes) business, selling several hundred properties in just a few short years. He is now sharing his years of leadership and sales experience with agents, brokers, and builders at all levels and specialties in the Industry.
